Cantucci al cioccolato

Ingredienti:
500 g Farina
450 g Zucchero
250 g gocce di cioccolato
4 uova intere
3 g bicarbonato
1 cucchiaio di vaniglia

Lavorare le uova con lo zucchero poi aggiungere la farina con il bicarbonato la vaniglia e per ultimo le gocce di cioccolato fatte raffreddare nel congelatore per evitare che durante la cottura fondano.
Formare dei cordoni di diametro 2 cm e cuocerli per 15 min a 200°C.
A cottura ultimata fin quando la pasta è ancora calda tagliare i cordoni a fette di spessore 1,5 cm.
Se si desiderano biscotti più secchi si possono rimettere in forno a tostare a 180°C
Si può aggiungere a piacimento mandorle intere e pistacchi.

Ingredients
500 g Flour
450 g Sugar
250g drops of choc
4eggs
3 g soda powder
1 tbsp vanilla


Mix eggs with sugar and add flour and soda powder, vanilla and the frozen drops of choc (so they don’t melt when the biscuits cook).
Make some cords of dough diam 2 cm and cook them at 200°C for 15 min.
When the dough is still hot cut it in slices diam 1.5 cm.
If you like biscuits more crispy you can cook them again at 180°C for few minutes.
If you like you can add in the dough almonds and pistachi too

    The picture with biscuits looks nice but I wonder why there is so much sugar - 450 grams of sugar for 500 gr of four ?
    Doesn’t it make the biscuits a little bit too much sweet? Or this proposition of sugar is ok ?

    “Uova” means eggs ?

    Well I hope I've copied the recipe well anyway tonight I'm going to check the ingredients and I'll let you know. Manu

  3. I've checked the ingredients, 450 g of sugar is correct. I've chenged the quantity of eggs into 4 and not 3. LOL Manu
