Ingredients:
500 gr mince beef
1 little onion
750 gr chopped tomatoes
250 vegetable stock
pasta for lasagna
slice cheese
bechamel
parmesan
You have to make "ragù":Cut onion and fry it with some oil, then add beef and a glass of white wine and chopped tomato and stock and let boil for 1 or 2 hours.
When ragù is still hot, take pasta for lasagne and cover a pan, put on it ragu and bechamel and cheese and parmigian and make more layers you can.
Bake at 180°C for 40 min.
You don't need to pre boil pasta, if you use hot ragu it will cook the pasta. You can make (NOT bake) lasagne one day before and bake them only when you want to eat
