Torta di Banana (Banana Bread)


Ingredienti:

3 o 4 banane schiacciate
75 g (1/3 cup) burro
225 g (1 cup) zucchero
160 g (1 ½ cups) farina
1 uovo
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp bicarbonato
Pizzico di sale


Riscaldare il forno a 175°C.

Unire il burro alle banane schiacciate e mescolare. Aggiungere lo zucchero, l’uovo e la vaniglia. Setacciare la soda e un pizzico di sale, unire e mescolare. Per ultimo aggiungere la farina.
Cuocere in forno per 50 minuti

Ingredients:

3 o 4 smashed bananas
75 g (1/3 cup) melted butter
225 g (1 cup) sugar
160 g (1 ½ cups) flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven at 175° C.

Mix butter into the smashed bananas in a large mix bowl. Mix sugar and egg and vailla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour last and mix.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake for 50 min.
