Cipolle al Forno (Baked Onions)



Far bollire le cipolle per 40 minuti, poi tagliare la sommità ed estrarre alcune foglie. Tritare le foglie con capperi e olive e riempire le cipolle cave. Ricoprirle con formaggio gratuggiato e cuocere in forno per  10-20 minuti

English Version:
Boil onions for 40 minutes then cut out the top and take off some leaves. Fill onions with the minced onions leaves + capperi + olives. Cover with grated cheese and bake for 10 or 20 min in oven at 180°C.
