Involtini di Gorgonzola&Noci (Gorgonzola&Walnuts Puffs)



Ingredienti:
Pasta per pizza a piacimento
Gorgonzola
Noci

Ritagliare dei quadratini di paste per pizza larghezza 6 cm spessore 4 o 5 mm porre nel centro un cucchiaino di gorgonzola e mezza noce. Chiudere gli angoli opposti e fare dei fagottini. Infornare per 10 min a 180°C fin quando la superficie sarà dorata.

Cut some squres of pizza pastry 5 Cm x h 4 mm. Put in the centre a tsp of Gorgonzola and half nut. Match the opposite angles of the pastry and cook in oven for 10 minat 180°C till puffs are brown.

    I am a big fun of gorgonzola and I guess these puffs will go perfectly for an aperitif or with good white one
