Polpettone in Crosta (Meatloaf with Puffy Pastry)





Fare il polpettone di carne come da mia ricetta, cuocerlo e una volta raffreddato arrotolarlo nella pasta sfoglia e riscaldare in forno per 20 minuti a 180 ° C

English Versione:
Make meatloaf as per my recipe, bake it and let it makes cold. Roll it up with puffy pastry and cook in oven for 20 min at 180°C
