Pizza


You don't need any dierctions . . .

500 gr farina
2 cucchiai di olio
25 gr lievito
200 gr acqua
1 1/2 cucchiaino sale
Sciogliere il livito nell'aqua tiepida e unirlo alla farina, all'olio e al sale.
Lasciare lievitare e poi stendere e farcire a piacimento

500 gr flour
2 Tsp EVOO
25 gr yeast
200 gr water
1 1/2 tsp salt

Melt the yeast into the warm water, add flour, oil and salt.
Let the dough rises and then fill with what you like most
