Zucchine (Zucchini)
Bollire le zucchine in acqua salata per 5 minuti, tagliarle per il lungo e levare il ripieno con un cucchiaio.
Frullare il ripieno con oilve, capperi, pan grattato, parmigiano, sale e pepe.
Riempire le zucchine e cospargerle con altro parmigiano.
Gratinare in forno per 10 minuti a 180°C
Boil zucchini in salt water for 5 min, cut them and with a spoon leave the interior.
Mix it with olives, cappers, grated bread, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill zucchini with the mixture and spread them with some grated parmesan cheese.
Grill in oven for 10 min at 180°C

Manu, I find zucchini is a rather flavourless veg, and as such, I haven't been too keen on stuffed versions. I have a feeling your filling, all the things I love and that have a power-packed flavour punch might be the way to go:)
