Arrosto di Maiale (Roasted Pork)


Ingredienti:
1 kg arrosto di maiale
burro aromatizzato

La sera prima spalmare l’arrosto con il burro aromatizzato (25 gr burro 2 spicchi d’aglio e rosmarino, cumino).
Il giorno dopo cuocere in pentola o al forno (180°C) con un bicchiere di vino bianco e brodo per 2 ore; continuare ad aggiungere il brodo per evitare che si secchi

1 kg pork
flavoured butter

The night before rub the pork with flavoured butter ( 25 gr butter, 2 cloves, rosmary and cumin).
The dayafter cook it in a pan or in oven at 180°C for 2 hours. Keep on wetting the pork with a glass of white wine and stock to avoid it becomes dry.

  2. Coby, I always run every day, school, work and so on . . . but I love cooking because when I'm in the kitchen I forget all the other things. I served this pork with flavoured butter (my italian friends who lived in US for years told me it was an american way to eat roasted pork) and with charlotte of zucchini.LOL
