Insalata di Asparagi (Asparagus Salad)



Ingredienti:
14 asparagi
14 pomodorini
salpe pepe e aceto balsamico

Scottare gli asparagi tagliati in acqua bollente e salata per 10 minuti, contemporaneamente mettere in una pentola i pomodorini tagliati a metà con un po’ di olio e sale e cuocere per 5 minuti.
Lasciare raffreddare e unire gli asparagi e i pomodorini. Pepare e condire con un po’ di aceto balsamico

Ingredients:

14 asparagus
14 cherry tomatoes
salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar

Boil asparagus in salt water for 10 minutes. Cut in halves cherry tomatoes and cook in a pan for 5 minutes with some oil and salt.
Let asparagus and tomatoes cool. Serve together with some pepper and balsamic vinegar

  1. I cook something similar to this Manu, I roast the asparagus and tomatoes (with some olives and finally some basil) This version looks good - think I will try it soon (am trying to lower my fat intake!!)
