Jon's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredienti:

260 gr burro d’arachidi

265 gr zucchero
1 uovo

Unire il zucchero e l’uovo e mescolare fino ad ottenere una crema, aggiungere il burro d’arachidi e continuare a mescolare. Con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio fare dei biscotti.
Cuocere in forno a 180°C per 10–15 minuti
