Torta Alla Crescenza (Cheesy Cake)


Ingredienti:
1 confezione di pasta sfoglia
150 gr dadini di pancetta
150 gr crescenza
100 panna

Stendere la pasta e cospargerla di crescenza, panna e dadini di pancetta precedentemente soffritti.
Cuocere in forno per 20 minuti a 180 °C

Ingredientes:

paffy pastry
150 gr dices of bacon
150 gr creamy cheese (Crescenza)
100 cream

Put dices of bacon in a pan without oil and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Mix cheese, cream and bacon and pour the mixture into the paffy pastry.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes

  3. when you say creamy cheese do you mean cream cheese like philly cheese? or a creamy textured one, like a milky young cheddar?

  4. I mean something like a "creamy" ricotta neither philly nor Mascarpone. I don't know milky young cheddar but I think it can works.
