Ingredienti:
120 gr burro
150 mil acqua
100 gr farina
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
4 uova
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
120 gr cheddar grattuggiato (o Emmenthal)
2 cucchiaini di timo
pepe q.b
Mettere un pentolino sul fuoco con l'acqua, il sale e il burro e lasciare che il tutto si scolga.
Aggiungere la farina e continuare a mescolare.
Lasciare il composto raffreddare per qualche minuto e aggiungere le uova una alla volta mescolando.
Aggiungere il lievito
Mettere negli stampi dei muffin e cuocere a 180°C per 20 minuti

2 tsp thyme

In a saucepan add water and butter and salt and bring to boil til melted; add flour and mix for a coulpe of minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, let the dough becomes quite warm and add eggs on at a time. Mix till creamy.
Add cheddar and thyme and pepper and pour the mixture into muffins paper.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes












They sound great Manu, much better than a sandwich at lunch time!

ReplyDeleteDear BG and Coby, they should have been somethig like choux pastry but I decided to make muffins because I did't like the texture, it was to runny . . . so I tried to save my job! Now they seems to be frittate rather than muffins but better than a snadwich at lunch time!!! LOL
