Polenta&Cotechino (Polenta&Pork Sausage)



Mezza fatte di cotechino cotto racchiuso in fette di polenta. Il tutto riscaldato in forno.

I don't know if my English language friends have already heard about "Cotechino"; it can be consider a sort of spicy sausage with some differences. BTW this is an easy recipe with Cotechino (or sausages if you can't find it) and slices of polenta, just some little burgers you can eat for apetizer. Just warm in the oven, that's it!

  1. Manu, I know the name 'cotechino' but can't think that I've seen this sausage. I love a simple to make nibbly though, it sounds yummy:D

  2. Coby, cotechino is a big "kind of sausage". We use to eat it with lentil at the end of the year!LOL
