Ingredienti:
200 gr pere sciroppate
60 gr farina auto lievitante60 gr zucchero
25 gr cacao in polvere
75 gr burro
1 uovo
2 cucchiaini di estratto di vaniglia
Sgocciolare le pere (tagliate a metà) e metterle in una pirofila imburrata.
Mettere gli altri ingredienti in un impastatore e lavorare fin quando non si abbia ottenuto una crema densa.
Ricoprire le pere e infornare a 200°C per 180 minuti

Ingredients:
200 grc=1 can pears in juice
60 gr self rising flour
60 gr sugar
25 gr cocoa
75 gr butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanillia extract
Drain the pears and arrange them in a buttered pan.
Put all the remaning ingredients in a food processor till you have a consistency batter
Spread the mixture over the pears and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
