Soufflé di Carciofi (Artichokes Soufflé)


Ingredienti:
500 gr carciofi (surgelati vanno benissimo)
3 cucchiai di farina autolievitante
100 ml panna
200 latte
2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato

Far cuocere i carciofi in una padella con un poco d'olio, sale, pepe e acqua.
In una ciotola mettere la farina, aggiungere la panna, il latte e il formaggio.
Riporre i carciofi nelle cocotte e versare il composto.
Cuocere in forno a 180°C per 15-20 minuti.

3 Tbp self rising flour
100 ml cream
200 milk
2 Tbs grated Parmesan

In a pan cook vegetables with some oil, salt, pepper and water.
In a bowl put the flour and add cream, milk and chhese.
Put the artichokes into cocotte and pour the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!

  1. Looks divine- I absolutely LOVE artichokes. I am a bit wary of making soufflé in case it doesn't rise though (that doesn't make sense I know!)
