Pane Carasau (Carasau Bread)



Ingredienti:
Pane Carasau
Pomodorini
Zucchina
Asiago
Olio, sale, pepe



In una pirofila mettere il pane carasau, i pomodorini, le zucchine tagliate alla julienne, i dadini di formaggio, olio, sale, pepe e basilico.
Fare più strati.
Cuocere in forno a 180°C per 15 minuti.

Ingredients:

Pane Carasau (a tipical Sardinian bread)
Cherry Tomatoes
Zucchini
Asiago Cheese

Put the bread in a pan and add tomatoes, julienne zucchini, dices of cheese, oil salt and basil. Make some layers in the same way.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes

  3. Manu, I used to make something very like this, without the courgettes and obviously with English bread and cheese, when my sons were little - they loved it !
