Ingredienti:
1 melanzana
1 mozzarella10 pomodorini
paprika, sale, olio
Tagliare la melanzana a rondelle e salarla in modo da farle perdere l’acqua. Lasciare riposare per 15 minuti quindi grigliarle.
In una pirofila fare strati di melanzana e mozzarella con paprika.
Guardine con pomodorini, e olive.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 15 minuti

1 aubergine
1 dices of mozzarella
10 cherry tomatoes
paprika, salt, oil
Cut aubergine into rounds and salt so the water goes away. After 15 minutes grill them.
In a pan make layers with aubergine, mozzarella with paprika.
Decrate with cherry tomatoes.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
