Ingredienti
250 zucchero
200 farina
3 uova
1 cicchiaio scorza di limone fratuggiata
100 gr frutti di bosco
1 cucchiaino di lievito
50 gr olio
50 gr burro
Mescolare la farina e il lievito.
Meascolare le uova, lo zucchero, la scorza del limone, l'olio e il burro (temperatura ambiente).
Unire i due impasti e aggiungere i frutti di bosco.
Cuocere a 180°C per 45 minuti
Per decorare:
100 gr di zucchero a velo
succo mezzo limone
2 cucchiai di limoncino

100 gr soft fruit
1 tsp baking powder
50 gr oil
50 gr butter
In a bowl mix flour and baking soda; in another mix eggs, zest, oil and butter (room temperature).
Join the mixture and add soft fruits.

Icing
100 gr icing sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 Tsp limoncello
