CupCake al Caffè (Coffee CupCakes) by Beatrice
Ingredienti:
115gr burro
115 gr farina
115 zucchero
2 uova
1 1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
2 cucchiaini di caffè solubile
1 cucchiaio di acqua
Mescolare lo zucchero e burro (temperatura ambiente) fno ad ottenere una crema. Aggiungere al composto un uovo alla vota, il caffè sciolto nell'acqua, la farina e il lievito.
Riporre negli stampini per muffin e cuocere in forno per 20 minuti a 180 °C

115gr butter
115 gr flour
115 sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbs baked powder
3 tsp of instant coffee
1 Tsp water
These cupcakes are maden by my daughter. Today it's raining and she was bored that's way we decided to cook something.
She didn't made any frosting as tea was ready and she couldn't wait to taste one of them!
Mix sugar and butter till creamy, add eggs one at a time, coffee melted in the water, flour and baked powder.
Cook at 180° C for 20 minutes

oooh, I bet these would be great with a creamcheese icing with chocolate sprinkles... they'd look like a cappuccino!!... lovely x
