Torta "Mud" al Cioccolato decorata con Pasta di zucchero (Decorated Chocolate Mud Cake)





Ingredienti

300 gr cioccolato
150gr burro
250gr ml latte
160gr zucchero
300gr farina
lievito
2 uova

In un pentolino sciogliere il cioccolato, burro, latte e zucchero. Lasciare raffreddare per 15 minuti.
Aggiungere le uova una alla volta e la fatina con il lievito.
Cuocere a 160°C per 1 ora e 10
Decorare con pasta di zucchero

Ingredients
300 gr chocolate
150gr butter
250gr ml milk
160gr sugar
300gr flour
baking soda
2 eggs

Place chocolate, milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan and stir over low heat till all is melted.
Allow mixture to cool for 15 minutes and then add eggs one at a time.
Add flour and baking soda.
Bake at 160°C for 1H and 10 minutes.
Dercorate with sugar paste

20 Ottobre: Happy Birthday to Me

Hi!
20th October si almost here and these are my gifts . . .I ordered some of them on the Net, cookie cutters, tins and so on.

I know it's not a surpise but I'll have fun opening these boxes tomorrow as I don't know exactly what is inside: packing paper hides the shapes of my kitchen tools . . .

Chanel one is my parents' present, the red one is from Bebe. . . I'm really curious!

Torta di Mele e Noci (Apple Cake with Nuts)



Ingredienti

200 gr farina
250 gr zucchero
150 olio
3 uova
2 mele
1 manciata di nocciole
100 gr succo di mela
1 cucchiaino di lievito
1 cucchiaino di cannella
1 cucchiaino di zenzero
Caramello (acqua e zucchero sciolto) + noci per decorare


In una ciotola unire la farina, le spezie e il lievito.
In un'altra sbattere le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere l’olio, il succo di mela e le nocciole
Tagliare le mele a dadini e cospargerle di farina.
Unire il tutto e cuocere a 180°C per 30 minuti
Decorare con caramello e noci

Ingredients
200 gr flour
250 gr sugar
150 oil
3 eggs
2 apples
1/2 cup hazelnuts
100 gr apple juice
1 cucchiaino di baking soda
1 cucchiaino di cinnamon
1 cucchiaino di ginger
Caramel (water and melted sugar)+nuts to decorate


In a bowl mix flour, spieces and baking soda.
In another beat the sugar with eggs added one at a time, oil, juice and hazelnuts.
Cut apples and toss with flour.
Add the mixtures and bake at 180° C for 30 minute
Decorate with caramel and walnuts

12 Ottobre Happy Birthday Bebe !!!

Today is my girl child's birthday: 10 years!!!!
Tonight we're going to celebrate with a party; in the meantime here I post pics of Oreo Cake and Pumpkin shaped cake. I know this cake is not for a birthday but Bebe wanted me to make it to bring school!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEYYYY

Oreo Cake
Ingredienti:

400 gr zucchero
240 gr farina
60 gr cacao
1 bustina di lievito
2 uova
240 ml latte
120 ml olio
230 ml acqua bollente

Unire in una marmitta insieme lo zucchero, la farina, il lievito e il cacao.
Aggiungere le uova, il latte e l'olio. Mescolare con un mixer per due minuti quindi aggiungere l'acqua.
Cuocere a 180°C per 30-35 minuti.
L'impasto si può dividere e cuocere in due teglie per avere una torta a strati
Decorare con crema pasticcera e biscotti oppure utilizzare la ricetta per una torta al cioccolato base

English Version
Ingredients:

400 gr sugar
240 gr flour
60 gr cocoa
In a large mixer bowl stir sugar, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
3 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
240 ml milk
120 ml oil
230 ml boiling water


Add eggs, milk and oil; beat using a mixer fo two minutes.
Mix in boiling water.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
You can divide the mixture and bake separatly in order to have a layer cake.
Decorate cake with custard and oreo or use this recipe a s a normal chocolate cake
