Ingredienti:
170 gr farina
3/4 cucchiaino di lievito
125 gr burro
2 uova
80 ml latte
Mescolare il burro a temperatura ambiente con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere una crema.
Aggiungere le uova una alla volta e la farina e il lievito in 3 tempi alternando con il latte.
Riempire gli stampi con 2 cucchiaino di pasta e cuocere in forno a 180°C per 10 minuti

In a bowl mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addtion.
Add Flour and baking powder in three additions, alternating with the milk.
Spoobn 2 tsp into each well of the pan and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes

I would be more than happy to suggest some fun places. New Hampshire has so much to offer. Were you more interested in mountains or ocean or both? Maine has a gorgeous coast and many light houses. Let me get going on this I would love to help.
