Cocotte di Fichi e Formaggio di Capra (Cocotte with Figs and Fresh Goat Cheese)


Ingredienti per 6 cocottes

18 fighi secchi
1 formaggino di capra
Olio, miele, pepe, rosmarino

Far bollire i fichi in acqua bollente per 10 minuti e poi scolare.
Dividerli a metà e riempire le cocottes con 3 fichi e il formaggio.
Cospargere di rosmarino, olio, pepe e miele.
Cuocere in forno a 160°C per 15 minuti

Ingredients for 6 servings

18 dried figs
1 fresh goat cheese
Oil, pepper, honey and rosmary

Put figs into hot water and boil for 10 minutes, than cut in a half.
Place figs and cheese in the cocotte.
Spread rosmary, oil, pepper and honey
Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes
