Risotto con Verza e Salsiccia (Risotto with Savoy Cabbage and Sausage)


Ingredienti:
300 gr riso
5 foglie di verza tritate
brodo
1/2 cipolla
1 bicchiere di vino bianco
salsiccia in pezzettini

In una pentola far soffriggere la verza e la salsiccia con la cipolla e il vino.
Unire il riso e il brodo.
Cuocere per 15 minuti fin quando il brodo si è assorbito.
Aggiungere una noce di burro e il grana grattugiato.
Lascare riposare per 5 minuti e servire.


English Version
Ingredients:
300 gr rice
5 leaves of savoy cabbage
vegetable stock
1/2 onion
1 glass of white wine
sausages (cut into pieces)

In a saucepan with some oil put savoy cabbage (cut), sausages, wine and cut onion.
Add rice and stock.
Cook for 15 minuts, till stock is absorbed.
Add 3 teaspoons of butter and grated parmesan.
Set aside for 5 minutes and then serve.
