Ingredienti:
Pasta frolla salata
125 gr gorgonzola
120 ml panna liquida
un amanciata di nocciole
Per la pasta forlla:
300 gr farina
100 gr burro a temperatura ambiente
1 uovo
un pizzico di sale.
Lavorare velovemente gli ingredienti in modo da ottenere una pasta liscai e avvolgerla nella pellicola.
Far riposre in frigor per un'ora
Per la tarte:
Nel mixer frullare il gorgonzola, le nocciole e la panna.
Stendere la pasta sottile e ricoprirla con la crema ottenuta.
Decorare con mele.
Cuocere a 180°C per 45 minuti

1 sheet of pie crust

some hazelnuts
Fot thr pie crust:
300 gr flour
100 gr butter at room temperature
1 egg
a pinch of salt
Mix quickly all the ingredients using your hand, so you'll have a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and allow cool in the fridge for 1 h
For the tarte:
In a mixer put gorgonzola, hazelnut and cream.
Roll the crust and pour the cheesy mixture.
Decorate with some pices of apples.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes
