Più Gelatina che Mousse (More Jelly than Mousse)



180 gr fragole
100 gr zucchero
2 fogli di gelatina
80 gr mini mashmellow

Frullare le fragole con lo zucchero e metterle in un pentolino a fuoco basso.
Aggiungere la gelatina precedentemente sciolta nell'acqua e i mashmellow.
Far raffreddare  emettere in frigo fino all'uso.

Ingredients:
180 gr strawberries
100 gr sugar
14 gr jelly
80 gr mini mashmellow

This is the 4th Random Recipe I make for Dom
Put strawberries and sugar in the mixer than put this juice in a pan on a low heat.
Add jelly and mini mashmellow.
Mix till all is melted and let in cool.
Put in the fridge till you serve it.
