Insalata di Farro (Spelt Salad)



Cuocere il farro o orzo in acqua salata per 10 minuti; scolarlo, lasciarlo freddare. 
Condire a piacere, olio, capperi, olive . . .


In a saucepan of salt water cook spelt or pear barley for 10 minutes.
Strain and let it cool, then dress with oil, cappers, olives as you like
