Peperoni Ripieni (Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredienti:
Peperoni
Zucchine
Mozzarella
Pomodori

Riempire i peperoni con zucchine (precedentemente cotte), mozzarella e pomodori.
Cuocere a 220°C per 30 minuti

Mozzarella
Tomatoes

Stuff peppers with zucchini (already cooked), mozzarella and tomatoes.
Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes

  5. Susan I used vegetable to stuff just because I had them in my fridge ;-) next time I'm going to use rice and minced meat!! LOL
