Zuppa di Mais (Sweet Corn Soup)


Ingredienti:
1 cipolla
250 gr di mais
acqua qb
dado
sale,pepe, grana

Tagliare finemente una cipolla, metterla nella pentola con il mais, l'acqua e il dado.
Cuocere fino a ottenere una crema.
Insaporire con sale, pepe, grana

Ingredients:

1 onion
250 gr sweet corn
water+stock cube
salt,pepper, grated parmesan

Cut onion and put in a pan with corn, water and stock cube
Cook till it's creamy.
Add salt, pepper and parmesan

  3. We usually throw a few roasted or grilled shrimp in our corn chowder. Don't you just love fresh corn?

  4. Susan I know you make this recipe with shrimps (Beatrice tested it in New England), but I don't like fish, that's way I never cook it!
