Crostata di More e Ricotta (Blackberries and Ricotta Pie)

Ingredienti:
225 gr farina 00
25gr fecola di patate
125 gr burro
75 gr zucchero a velo
1 uovo
5 gr di latte
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
Marmellata 1 barattolo + 1 confezione di ricotta

English Version
Ingredients:
225 gr flour 00
25 gr potato flour
125 gr butter
75 gr icing sugar
1 egg
5 gr milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
