Orange Tiramisù: We Should Cocoa, December


Questa è la ricetta che ho fatto per Chocolate Log Blog : arancia e cioccolato

Ingredienti:
250 g mascarpone
250 g panna montata
2 tuorli
250 zucchero
succo d'arancia
savoiardi
cacao

In una ciotola sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero quindi aggiungere il mascarpone e per ultimo la panna montata.
In un piatto immergere i savoiardi nel succo d'arancia quindi riporli nelle ciotoline e ricoprire con la crema.
Lasciare in frigorifero fino a quando si servono

Ingredients:
250 g mascarpone
250 g whipping cream
2 yolks
250 g sugar
orange juice
savoiardi
cocoa

In a pan beat yolks and sugar till creamy than add mascarpone and whipping cream.
Soak savoiardi in the orange juice; place them in glasses and cover with the cream.
Sprinkle with coca and refrigerate till you serve.

  11. This looks fantastic, very elegantly served. Really like the idea of orange juice instead of coffee as I'm not a coffee lover. this would be a great dessert for Christmas dinner, something light to be enjoyed after a heavy meal.
