Rocky Road


Ingredienti:
200 gr cioccolato fondente
100 gr cioccolato al latte
50 gr burro
100 gr biscotti tritati
75 gr marshmallow
bacche rosse

Sciogliere il cioccolato con il burro quindi aggiungere i biscotti, i marshmallow e le bacche rosse.
Mettere in una pirosila e riporre in frigor per minimo 2 ore.
Quind tagliare in riquadri e spolverare con lo zucchero a velo.

Ingredients:
200 gr dark chocolate
100 gr milk chocolate
50 gr butter
100 gr crumbled cookies
75 gr marshmallow
red berries

Melt chocolate and butter.
Add cookies, marshmallow and berries.
Pour the mixture into a pan and refrigerate for min 2 hours.
Cut into squares and srinkle with icing sugar
