Zucchine & Brie (Zucchini&Brie)



Ingredienti:

4 zucchine
250 ml panna
250 ml passata di pomodoro
Brie Grana

Tagliare le zucchine e cuocere per 10 minuti.
Unire la panna, la passata e i formaggi.
Cuocere a 180°C per 20 minuti

NB si può fare anche con le melanzane!

Ingredients:

4 zucchini
250 ml cream
250 tomato puree
Brie and grated parmesan

Cut zucchini and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cream, tomato puree and cheese
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C

You can make this recipe with aubergines too!

Pate a Quiche con Patate e Coste (Pate a Quiche with Potato and Swiss Chard)






Pate a Quiche

200 gr farina
90 gr burro temperatura ambiente
1 uovo
5 gr sale
20 gr latte freddo

Mescolare velocemente la farina, il burro a dadini, il sale e l'uovo; quindi aggiungere il latte.
Coprire con pellicola e lasciare riposare in frigo per 2 ore



English Version
200 gr flour
90 gr butter room temperature
1 egg
5 gr salt
20 gr cold milk

In a bowl  mix using your hands flour, dices of butter, salt and egg; than add milk.
Put the dough in the fridge for 2 h

Hazelnut Cupcakes for Dom's Challenge by Bea

Dear Dom,
this post is for you!!

Just to inform you that we’ve had some problems making this recipe; I mean the recipe wa very easy but something went wrong!!
When we had to use eggs we realized they were ROTTEN . . . We’ve never smelt something like that!!!! It was terrible . . . more and more!!
An awful smell flowed through the kitchen . . . so we bought good eggs and . .  .

this is what turned out:




200 gr hazelnut (ground)
180 gr butter
2 eggs
155 gr flour
30 gr cocoa
250 gr icing sugar
3 tsb baking powder


In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar till creamy tha add melted butter, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, cocoa and icing sugar.
Bake at 180°C for 25/30 minutes.

Ceci Chickpeas


Ingredienti:
1 confezione di ceci precotti
1 cucchiaio di farina
spezie

Sgocciolare i ceci precotti e asciugarli.
In una marmitta mettere i ceci, la farina e le spezie varie.
Mescolare, porre i ceci in una terrina (non sovrapporli) e cuocere in forno a 180°C per 30 minuti.
Lasciare raffreddare e servire come aperitivo


English Version
Ingredients:

1 can precooked chickpeas
1 Tsp flours
spices

Drip the chickpeas and dry using a towel.
Put them in a bowl, add flour and spices and mix.
Pour vegetables into a pan (don't overlap chickpeas) and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Serve at room temprature as apetizer.
