Tagliatelle di Castagne (Chestnut Tagliatelle)



Ingredienti:
150 gr farina di castagne
150 gr farina 00
3 uova

Unire le farine e le uova un alla volta.
Formare una palla con la pasta e lasciare riposare per 30 minuti coperta da uno strofinaccio.
Cuocere in acqua salata e servire con i seguenti sughi:
- ai funghi
- con porri e speck

Ingredients:
150 gr chestnut flour
150 gr flour 00

In a bowl stir flours together and add eggs one at a time.
Make a boll with the dough and set aside for 30 minutes covered with a towel.
Cook into salt water and dress with souce as here above:
- mushrooms
- leek and speck
