Crostata di Albicocche (Apricot Tart)




Ingredienti:
Pasta frolla
10 albicocche
1 cup zucchero
150 ml panna
1 uovo

Stendere la pasta e cuocere a 160°C per 5 minuti.
Nel frattempo tagliare le albicocche i quarti e metterle in una cuiotola con lo zucchero.
In un'altra ciotola mescolare la panna con il latte.
Levare la crostata dal forno, posizionare le albicocche e versare il composto di panna.
Continuare a cuocere per altri 30 minuti.

Ingredients:
Pasta frolla
10 apricots
1 cup sugar
150 ml cream
1 egg

Roll out the pastry and bake for 5 minutes at 160°C.
In the meantimne cut apricots into quarters and put them in a bowl with sugar.
In  another bowl whisk cream and egg.
Put apricots on the tart and pour onto the cream mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.

  3. Looks so good Manu. It reminds me of breakfasts at the little cafes in Trastavere (Roma) I ate on my last trip there - fruit tarts and gorgeous coffee. Oh how I long to visit Italy again, roll on September, it can't come soon enough.
