Torta Caramellata alla Banana (Banana Caramel Cake)


Ingredienti:
160 gr farina il Molino
30 gr fecola
130 gr zucchero
1 cucchiaino lievito
50 gr burro
2 cucchiai olio
250 gr yogurt
3 uova
1 banana
1/2 tazza di uvetta
Caramello
250gr panna
140 gr zucchero
135 gr zucchero di canna
Cuocere in un pentolino la panna e gli zuccheri e cuocere mescolando fono a bollitura

Separare i tuorli dagli albumi e montarli a neve.
In una ciotola mescolare i tuorli con lo zucchero, aggiungere il burro, l'olio, lo yogurt, la banana e l'uvetta.
Unire gli albumi, le farine e il lievito.
Cuocere a 160°C per 35 minuti.
Lasciare raffreddare la torta e versarci ul caramello.
Guarnire con banane essiccate e granelle di nocciola.

Ingredients:

30 gr potato flour
130gr sugar
1tsp baking powder
50 gr butter
2 Tbsp oil
250 gr yogurt
3 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup raisin
Caramel:
250 gr heavy cream
140 gr sugar
135 gr brown sugar
Mix in a saucepan all the ingredients than heat over low heat until it boils.

In a bowl beat the withes till foamy and let aside.
Mix yolks, sugar till fluffy than add butter, oil, yogurt, mashed banana and raisin.
Add whites, flours and baking powder.
Bake at 160°C for 35 minutes
When the cake is cold pour the caramel on top.
Decorate the cake with some dried banana chips and grated hezelnuts.
