"Buca-triciana..."




Ingredienti:
bucatini
4 pomodori ramati
pancetta a dadini
1/2 cipolla

In una padella con un po' do oilio soffriggere, per cinque minuti il pomodoro, la cipolla con un po' di sale e per ultimo aggiungere la pancetta.
Cuocere fin quando la cipolla non è dorata.
Quando la pasta è cotta, saltarla in padella con il sugo.

Ingredients:
Bucatini (pasta)
4 tomatoes
dices of pancetta
1/2 onion

In a pan with some oil cook for 5 minutes tomatoes and the onion; add salt.
Than add pancetta.
Cook till onion is golden.
If the sauce is dry you can add some pasta water.
In the meantime cook the pasta .
Strain your pasta and add to the simmering sauce; cook for 2 minutes.
Add some oil before serving.
