Cheese Cake


Ingredienti:
200 gr biscotti
100 gr burro

600 gr formaggio cremoso
200 gr zucchero
4 uova

In un mixer frullare i biscotti con il burro.
Ricoprire la base dello stampo pigiando il composto con le dita per compattarlo.
Metterlo in frigo.

Lavorare nel mixer il formaggio e lo zucchero quindi unire le uova una alla volta.
Versale il composto sulla base e cuocere a 160 °C per 45/50 minuti

Lasciare freddare e ricoprire la superficie con marmellata a piacere.

Ingredients:
200 gr biscuits
100 gr butter

600 gr creamy cheese
200 gr sugar
4 eggs

To make the base place the biscuits in a food processor and process until crushed.
Add butter and process again.
Transfer to the pan and using your hends press the biscuits mixture.
Place in the fridge.

Plase the cheese and the sugar in the food processor and process until smooth; add the eggs one at a time.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 45/50 minutes at 160°C
Let the cake become cool and pour the jam you like most on the top.
