English Version

I made these delicious crackes using the recipe I've found on Pane Burro e Alici
For who don't speak Italian the recipe in English is here below:

150 gr flour (1  cup)
60 ml water (5Tbs)
30 ml oil (2Tsp)
2 Tbs cumino seeds (or any other seeds)
1/2 tsp salt

In a bowl mix together flour and salt.
Add the water, the oil and the seeds.
Knead; if necessary add a teaspoon of water.
Wrap the dough in plastic foil and let it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll to 2 mm (1/8 inch) thickness, cut into strips and bake at 250°C (475°F) for 5 minutes.

  18. I have a jar of cumino seeds in my pantry now and can't remember why I ever bought them. Usually we use the powder for our recipes. Anyway, this sounds so simple and delicious! You presented it in such a pretty way too.

    Cucina felice!
