La Fregola


Ingredienti:
Fregola
Fagiolini
Piselli
Pomodori Confit
Olio
Sale
Basilico

Cuocere la pasta secondo le istruzioni e scolarla.
Aggiungere l'olio e lasciarla freddare.
Lessare e fagiolini.
Cuocere i piselli in una padella con un po' di burro.
Unire alla pasta i fagiolini, i piselli e i pomodori, aggiungere se necessario altro oilio e servire a temperatura ambiente con del basilico fresco.

Ingredients:

Fregola pasta
Green beans
Peas
Cherry Tomatoes confit
Oil
Salt
Basil

Cook the fregola according to the instructions.
Drain it and pour oil over it.
Let it cool.
Boil the green beans in salted water.
Cook the peas in a pan with some butter.
Add the tomatoes, green beans and peas to the fregola.
Add oil if needed and some fresh basil.
