Easter Cheesecake




Ingredienti:
200 gr biscotti
100 gr burro

600 gr formaggio cremoso
200 gr zucchero
4 uova

In un mixer frullare i biscotti con il burro.
Ricoprire la base dello stampo pigiando il composto con le dita per compattarlo.
Metterlo in frigo per 5 minuti e successivamente cuocerlo per 10 minuti

Lavorare nel mixer il formaggio e lo zucchero quindi unire le uova una alla volta.
Versale il composto sulla base e cuocere a 160 °C per 45/50 minuti

Lasciare freddare e polverare zucchero a velo e cocco disidratato

To make the base place the biscuits in a food processor and process until crushed.
Add butter and process again.
Transfer to the pan and using your hends press the biscuits mixture.
Place in the fridge for 5 minues and bake for 10 minutes

Place the cheese and the sugar in a food processor and process until smooth; add the eggs one at a time.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 45/50 minutes at 160°C
Let the cake become cool spread some icing sugar and coconut on the top.
