I want make this Manu. look fantastic, but what time about to the jam is ready? always to low heat and stirring like others? Love the colour is for something you add??
Gloria, cooking time depends on the quality sugar you use. I use sugar with pectin so it just took 15 minutes, very fast. Colour is natural, just pears and some cinnamon but if you want you can add some white wine or other spices.Enjoy
la marmellata con le pere mi viene sempre molto liquida perchè non aggungo pectina, ho letto che tu aggiungi zucchero con pectina? non l'avevo mai sentito!Io aggiungo alla marmellata di pere un'altra marmellata + dura tipo arance:: comunque è la tua bella e , lo so già, buona!! un bacio
Thanks Manu maybe the colour depends too of the time of cook anyway I will try yes for apricots I used a sugar with pectina so nice but now I have the normal. I will tell you, here we have thre pears tree and now are ready (lol)
